The double glazed windows are just two years old and there is oil fired central heating with new radiators in every room. The boiler is located outside with the oil tank in a solid built boiler house, with space for shed requirements.
The house is set in nearly an acre of land, with many trees,flowering shrubs, fruit trees and roses and a ride on mower that will stay with the house.
There are outside lights all around the house. There is a long drive and parking for 5 cars with a cart lodge attached to the side of the house with a shed area and parking with light inside.
There is a telephone and WiFi connection, with reasonable speeds.
We have lovely neighbours who live far enough away not to intrude on your privacy but are there if you need them, but to the back and front of the property there are only on occasion...cows!
We live 40 mins from Kerry airport,Shannon 1 hour 20, Killarney, Tralee, Dingle are all within 2 hours distance, Listowel is 10 minutes away and is our local heritage town with all the possible requirements you could want as well as festivals and music all year round. Ballybunion is our local beach and seaside area and is beautiful, with friendly pubs and coffee shops, and a seaweed baths that are famous for the relaxation they offer.
The time and effort we have put in to make our home comfortable and beautiful has been worth every minute, but we need something smaller now.
